Our apples are pressed, blended and aged at our cider mill. No part of the process is outsourced. We use only fresh pressed apples without additives or flavorings in our hard ciders in order to capture the essence and complexity of the different blends of apples. This ensures a clean, beautiful hard cider and a true tree to glass experience! Three Falls Cider tastings are held amid our working cider mill and cidery. Join us in our tasting room to learn more about the cider-making process!
